　Heidelberg Retina Angiogramによるインドシアニングリーン（ICG）蛍光造影に，接触型の超広角撮影用前置コンタクトレンズを使用した。加齢黄斑変性21眼を含む25眼を対象とした。蒸留水1.0mlに溶解したICG12.5mgを静注し，直後に生理食塩水5mlでフラッシュした。最大150度の範囲まで撮影ができ，全例で渦静脈までの広範囲な造影像が得られた。超広角レンズを使う蛍光造影では，装置のアラインメントを確保し，レンズと撮影装置の距離を維持するなど，若干の慣れが必要であった。本システムは脈絡膜全体の循環動態を検索するのに有用であった。

We performed indocyanine green（ICG）angiography using a high-resolution wide field contact lens and Heidelberg Retina Angiogram,a confocal laser-scanning system. This system was applied to 25 eyes including 21 eyes of age-related macular degeneration. Angiography was performed by intravenous injection of 12.5mg ICG followed by flushing of 5ml physiological saline. It was possible to document a fundus area up to 150 degrees across including vortex veins in all the eyes. It was necessary to keep the whole system well-aligned and to maintaining the distance between the lens and the camera. The present system was useful in the study dynamics of choroidal circulation.
