　一過性mirror writingを示し，脳血流SPECTにて両側前大脳動脈領域の低灌流を確認できた若年女性例を経験した。17歳時に特発性多発性脳内出血の既往があり，その2年8カ月後（20歳）に全身性痙攣発作をきたし当科に入院。入院翌日から失語症が無いにもかかわらずmirror writingを示し，これは数日間の経過で改善した。原因として，両側前大脳動脈領域の低灌流により両側補足運動野または脳梁の機能障害が生じた可能性が推察された。

A 20-year-old female experienced temporary unin-tentional mirror writing associated with low perfusion of the bilateral anterior cerebral arteries. When she was 17 years old, she had developed multiple idi-opathic intracerebral hemorrhages and right hemi-paresis. At the age of 20, she had a generalized con-vulsion for which she was transferred to our depart-ment. Computed tomography (CT) and magnetic reso-nance images of the brain were obtained, but no fresh abnormal lesion could be detected.
