　抄録　3例の中頭蓋窩くも膜のう腫と慢性硬膜下血腫が合併した症例を経験したので診断および成因につき考察を加えた。

　3例中2例はCT導入前の症例であり，うち1例は数年後けいれん発作を訴えて来院するまでくも膜のう腫は診断されなかった。CTはこのような合併例の診断にはきわめて有用であるが症例によっては血管撮影が診断確定に必要であることを強調した。

The association of arachnoid cyst of the middle cranial fossa and subdural hematoma has been em-phasized previously but is not common knowledge. We present three cases of arachnoid cyst of the middle cranial fossa and associated chronic subdural hematoma.

The importance of computed tomography for the diagnosis of arachnoid cyst associated with the hematoma is emphasized. Pathogenesis of arachnoid cyst and the hematoma remain uncertain. However histological findings suggested that subdural CSF collection might be important to develop hemo-rrhagic outer membrane of the chronic subdural hematoma.
