慢性硬膜下血腫を伴ったくも膜のう腫の1例

A Case of Arachnoid Cyst Associated with Chronic Subdural Hematoma

I．はじめに

　くも膜のう腫の合併症として慢性硬膜下血腫がよく挙げられているが，臨床例の報告は比較的少ない^{5,8,11-13，16,18）}．今回われわれはCTおよび脳血管撮影検査により中頭蓋窩くも膜のう腫に慢性硬膜下血腫を合併した1例を経験したので報告する．

An 11-year-old boy was admitted to our clinicwith complaint of headache. On admission he wasin drowsy state and neurological examination revealedminimal motor weakness of the right hand.

Plain skull roentgenogram demonstrated a thinningof the left temporal bone and elevation of the leftsphenoidal wing.

CT showed marked displacement of the midlinestructures from left to right. The left lateral ventriclewas collapsed. A well circumscribed, homogenous,high density area was delineated in the left middlefossa. Contrast enhancement was negative.
