要旨●家族性地中海熱（FMF）は，腹部，胸部などに漿膜炎による疼痛を伴う周期性発熱を特徴とする遺伝性自己炎症疾患である．FMFで消化管粘膜障害を呈することはまれとされてきたが，近年，炎症性腸疾患に類似した消化管病変を合併した症例の報告が散見される．一方で，FMFの小腸病変についての報告はいまだ限られている．本稿では，FMFの小腸病変に関する報告例をまとめ，その内視鏡像について論じる．FMF患者に認められた小腸病変は，アフタ，びらん，潰瘍，浮腫などが多くを占めていたが，FMFの小腸病変の内視鏡的特徴を明らかするためには，さらなる症例の集積が必要である．

　FMF（familial mediterranean fever）is a hereditary autoinflammatory disease characterized by periodic fevers and pain induced by serositis of the abdomen, chest, and other areas. Although it is rare for FMF to present with disorders of the gastrointestinal mucosa, reports have detailed cases complicated by gastrointestinal lesions that resemble inflammatory bowel disease. Here we summarize the reports of FMF-related small bowel lesions and discuss the endoscopic characteristics of these lesions. Most of the small bowel lesions observed in patients with FMF were aphthae, erosions, abscesses, or edema, but more cases are needed to fully confirm the endoscopic characteristics of FMF small bowel lesions.
