　Borrmann2型胃癌が化学療法により瘢痕化した1症例を経験したので報告する．

患　者：73歳　男性　農夫

主　訴：心窩部痛

家族歴：特記すべきことなし

既往歴：子供の頃より虚弱体質であったが，50歳の時肺結核に罹患し，某療養所で約20年間治療を受け，気管支拡張症を併発していた．

現病歴：1977年7月初旬より心窩部痛が出現し，胃X線検査の結果，異常陰影を指摘され，某病院へ紹介されBorrmann2型胃癌と診断された．生検診断はグループVであり，組織型は腺管腺癌であった．術前検査で肺機能障害を指摘され，手術不可能とされた．1977年8月16日当科を受診し，外来時検査でBorrmann2型胃癌と診断され，同年9月1日入院した．

　A case of gastric carcinoma type Borrmann 2 is reported which had become a scar during a period of 359 days radiologically and 311 days endoscopicaliy.

　FT-207 was administrated orally or inserted as suppositories to anus. Its total dosage was 395.75g until August 31, 1979. The patient had been well for over a period of one year. However, the patient complained of indigestion at the beginning of April, 1979. Endoscopic examination revealed another type Ⅱa protuberant lesion on the lesser curvature of the antrum. Localization of the lesion was different from the one which was detected at the first time as a type Borrmann 2. It could not be confirmed whether a new lesion occurred or not. The patient was admitted again and has been treated.
