要旨　大腸腺腫症以外の消化管ポリポーシスの臨床的特徴と癌化について述べた．遺伝性過誤腫性ポリポーシスは，いずれも全身諸臓器の悪性腫瘍を合併することがある．なかでも，Peutz-Jeghers症候群では消化管，膵臓，乳腺，および婦人科領域が，Cowden病では甲状腺，乳腺，子宮が悪性腫瘍の好発部位である．これに対し，若年性ポリポーシスにおける悪性腫瘍は消化管に好発し，ポリープの密度が高い部位に発生する傾向がある．一方，非遺伝性ポリポーシスのうち，Cronkhite-Canada症候群では大腸腺腫や大腸癌の合併例が多い．以上のように，大腸腺腫症のみならず，そのほかの消化管ポリポーシスも悪性腫瘍の高危険群であり，全身諸臓器のサーベイランスが重要と考えられる．

　Hereditary hamartomatous polyposes are diseases prone to develop into malignant neoplasms. In Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, malignant tumors occur predominantly in the gastrointestinal tract, in the pancreas and in the breast, where as the thyroid, the breast and the uterus are the sites of involvement in Cowden's disease. In contrast, the gastrointestinal cancers are the major tumors in Juvenile polyposis, especially at the site of severe polyposis. Among non-hereditary polyposis syndromes, colorectal cancer and adenomas frequently occur in Cronkhite-Canada syndrome.
