　消化管疾患では消化管自体の病変のみならず，消化管以外の他臓器にも特有な病変を発現することがある．これら消化管外病変は，消化管病変より先行して発見されることも多く，消化管疾患に併存・合併する他臓器病変を理解しておくことは臨床上重要である．なかでも内臓病変に合併する皮膚病変はデルマドロームと言われ，日常臨床でしばしば遭遇するので重要な概念である．本稿では，家族性大腸腺腫症，Gardner症候群，Turcot症候群，Peutz-Jeghers症候群，Cronkhite-Canada症候群，Cowden病，潰瘍性大腸炎，Crohn病，腸管Behçet病，Wipple病に合併する他臓器病変を中心に概説した．

　Numerous extraintestinal manifestations in various organ systems have been reported to be associated with gastrointestinal diseases. Since extraintestinal lesions are often preceded by and discovered through gastrointestinal diseases, it is very important to understand these lesions in the clinical field. In these specific lesions, skin lesions are called dermadrome and it is very important to be able recognize them. In this article, we outline the diseases which express extraintestinal manifestations. They are familial adenomatous polyposis, Gardner syndrome, Turcot syndrome, Peutz-Jeghers syndrome, Cronkhite-Canada syndrome, Cowden disease, ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, intestinal Behçet disease, and Wipple disease.
