要旨 家族性大腸腺腫症（FAP）では大腸以外にも特徴的な病変が出現することがあり，デスモイド腫瘍，胃・十二指腸ポリープや癌，甲状腺乳頭癌，外骨腫，網膜色素上皮肥大（CHRPE）などが知られている．FAPに合併する甲状腺癌はクリブリフォルム・モルーラ型乳頭癌と呼ばれ，その病理組織像は特徴的な所見を呈する．最近われわれは，FAPに対して結腸全摘，回腸直腸吻合術施行後に甲状腺癌および腸間膜デスモイドを認めた1例を経験したので，特に甲状腺癌に注目して症例を報告する．
Some patients with familial adenomatous polyposis (FAP) have extraclonic manifestations such as desmoid tumor, gastroduodenal polyp or cancer, thyroid cancer, osteoid tumors and congenital hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium. Thyroid cancer associated with FAP shows specific features in histology and is called a cribriform-morula variant of papillary thyroid cancer (CMPTC). Here we report a FAP patient with CMPTC and desmoid tumor after total colectomy with ileorectal anastomosis.
