◆要旨：【はじめに】非観血的整復後に腹腔鏡下修復術を施行した閉鎖孔ヘルニア嵌頓11症例について後方視的に検討した．【結果】男性1例，女性10例，年齢の中央値は85歳，body mass indexの中央値は16.5kg/m2，嵌頓部位は右7例，左4例であった．術中所見で10例が嵌頓病変の対側にも閉鎖孔ヘルニアを認め，8例が閉鎖孔ヘルニア以外のヘルニアを併発していた．全例メッシュを留置した．手術時間の中央値は144分，合併症は1例（肺非結核性抗酸菌症の増悪）で，術後入院期間の中央値は5日であった．全例で再発は認めなかった．【結語】閉鎖孔ヘルニア嵌頓症例に対して非観血的整復後に腹腔鏡下修復術を行い，経過は良好であった．
［Background］We retrospectively reviewed 11 cases of hernia repair by laparoscopy after manual reduction of obturator hernia.［Results］The male-to-female ratio was 1 : 10. Median age was 85 years and median body mass index was 16.5. Incarceration was on the right side in 7 cases and on the left in 4 cases. Ten cases had bilateral lesions, and 8 cases had concomitant hernia other than obturator hernia. All cases were repaired with mesh. The median operative time was 144 minutes. There was one complication（exacerbation of non-tuberculous mycobacterium tuberculosis）, and the median postoperative hospital stay was 5 days. No recurrence was observed in any of the cases.［Conclusion］Laparoscopic hernia repair was performed after manual reduction of obturator hernia with favorable postoperative course.
