慢性甲状腺炎を合併したアロプリノールによる薬剤性過敏症症候群

・薬剤性過敏症症候群（drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome：DIHS）の治療中に慢性甲状腺炎を発症した症例を経験した．

・薬剤の内服歴とパッチテストの結果からアロプリノールによるDIHSと診断した．

・DIHSの再発や免疫再構築症候群による自己免疫性疾患発症のリスクがあるため，ステロイドの減量は慎重に行うべきである．

A 65-year-old man developed drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome (DIHS)with allopurinol had been taken 2 months before. We started treatment with oral corticosteroid (70 mg/day), then the skin lesions and liver dysfunction were improved. We gradually reduced the amount of corticosteroid. However, a week after stopping it, the eruption recurred and chronic thyroiditis appeared. Autoimmune thyroiditis is an important complication of DIHS.
