側脳室発生孤立性線維性腫瘍の1例

A case of solitary fibrous tumor of the lateral ventricle involving the pineal gland

孤立性線維性腫瘍（solitary fibrous tumor：SFT）は，中枢神経系腫瘍の中で1％未満と比較的まれである^1）。今回我々は，右側脳室から松果体にかけて発生し，“yin-yang sign” と呼ばれる特徴的な2色の信号を呈したSFTの1例を経験したので報告する。

We report a case of solitary fibrous tumor （SFT） presenting with a characteristic two-color signal called the yin-yang sign, which occurred from the right ventricle to the pineal gland in a 36-year-old woman. When the characteristic yin-yang sign is observed in an intracranial tumor, SFT should be considered as a differential diagnosis.
