高度嚢胞変性と急速増大を呈し破裂に至った胃GISTの1例

A case of pedunculated gastric GIST with prominent cystic degeneration, which showed rapid enlargement and rupture

gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST）は主に消化管や腸間膜などに発生する間葉系腫瘍で，日常臨床においてしばしば経験される腫瘍である。今回我々は，比較的小さいサイズにもかかわらず，高度の嚢胞変性，急速増大，破裂というまれな所見と経過を呈した胃GISTを経験したため報告する。

Primary gastric gastrointestinal stromal tumor（GIST）usually presents as a solid mass, and rarely shows substantial cystic change. We encountered a case of a small gastric GIST with predominantly cystic appearance, which rapidly enlarged, leading to a rupture of the tumor. We herein present a hypothesis for the clinical course of this case, based on a detailed radiological-pathological correlation.
