巨大な出血性嚢胞を伴った褐色細胞腫

Pheochromocytoma with Large Hemorrhagic Cyst:A Case Report

　症例は57歳，男性。主訴は右側腹部腫脹。CTにて右腎上方に直径15cmの壁の厚い嚢胞性腫瘤を認めた。血中カテコールアミンはほぼ正常範囲であった。右腎合併腫瘍摘出術を施行。腫瘍の内溶液は血性，重量は1.5kgであった。病理組織では副腎由来の褐色細胞腫であった。500g以上の褐色細胞腫としては本邦77例目である。

A case of pheochromocytoma with large hemorragic cyst is presented. A 57-year-old man was admitted to our hospital with a right abdominal mass. On excretory uro-grams, the right kidney was pressed downward by a supra-renal mass, which measured 14cm in diameter. Magnetic resonance imaging showed a cystic mass lesion. Because the tumor adhered to the right kidney severely, nephrec-tomy was required. The tumor weighed 1.5kg and histologi-cally confirmed to be a pheochromocytoma.
