感染性偽嚢胞で発見された副腎褐色細胞腫

A CASE OF ADRENAL PHEOCHROMOCYTOMA WITH INFECTIOUS PSEUDOCYST

　症例は40歳，女性。発熱のため，近医受診し，肝腫瘍の診断の下に穿刺された後，感染性腎嚢胞の疑いにて当科を紹介された。高血圧などの内分泌症状はなく，諸検査の結果右副腎嚢胞と考えられ，保存的に加療を行ったが，微熱が続き嚢胞摘出術を施行した。病理診断にて褐色細胞腫であった。術後経過良好で，6か月の現在，外来にて経過観察中である。

　嚢胞を形成した褐色細胞腫は本邦報告26例があるのみで若干の考察を加えた。

A 40-year-old woman was admitted with the chief com-plaint of high fever. Infectious right renal cyst was suspected and puncture of the cyst was performed. Further examination revealed that the cyst was of adrenal gland, but she has no history of hypertension. The resec-tion of the cyst was performed and the wall of the cyst showed pheochromcytoma histopathologically.

Only 27 cases of adrenal pheochromocytoma with pseudocyst were reported in Japanese literature and these were discussed.
