早期濃染を呈した子宮体癌（粘液性癌）術後の膀胱転移の1例

A case of bladder metastasis after uterine cancer（mucinous carcinoma）surgery with early enhancement

今回我々が経験した子宮体癌の膀胱転移症例は，単発の粘膜下病変で早期濃染を示し術前の鑑別診断が困難であった。原発巣の子宮体癌病変では早期濃染は認められず，原発巣と造影パターンの異なる症例であった。そこで本症例について若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Lymph node metastasis is the most common form of metastasis of uterine cancer, and distant metastasis is rare. In the present case, we experienced a case of bladder metastasis of uterine cancer. The bladder metastatic lesion showed early enhancement and a different contrast pattern from that of the primary uterine cancer, making preoperative differential diagnosis difficult.
