胸腔内原発滑膜肉腫の1例

A case of pleuropulmonary synovial sarcoma（PPSS）

滑膜肉腫は主に四肢に発生する軟部腫瘍であり，胸腔内が原発となる症例はまれである。標準化された治療法はなく，予後は不良である。今回我々は，胸水貯留を伴う腫瘤性病変に対して行われた右肺下葉切除術の結果診断された，胸腔内原発滑膜肉腫の1例を経験したので報告する。

We present a rare case of PPSS. The patient was a 49-year-old man. His chief complaint was cough and shortness of breath on exertion. Contrast-enhanced CT showed a heterogeneous contrast-enhanced mass in the collapsed lower lobe of the right lung, ipsilateral pleural effusion, and pleural thickening. Surgery resulted in a diagnosis of synovial sarcoma, which was considered to be a PPSS since other imaging studies showed no lesions in other organs.
