Caroli’s diseaseは非閉塞性の肝内胆管の嚢胞状拡張を呈するまれな先天性疾患である^1）。今回，片葉発生のCaroli’s diseaseの1例を経験したため，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 24-year-old woman was referred to our hospital after abdominal ultrasonography revealed hepatic cystic lesions localized in S8；CT, MRI and ERCP suggested that the cystic lesions were dilated bile ducts；IPNB was suspected and subsequent hepatic subsegmentectomy was performed. Pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis of Caroli’s disease. We report an extremely rare case of monolobar Caroli’s disease.
