胸腺リンパ上皮癌は，胸腺癌の一種であり，未分化型上咽頭癌であるリンパ上皮腫と類似した組織像を示す。胸腺癌の中でも胸腺リンパ上皮癌は全体の6％程度であり，画像的な特徴は十分に解明されていない。今回我々は，胸腺癌の中でも極めてまれな胸腺リンパ上皮癌の症例を経験したので報告する。

We report a case of lymphoepithelial carcinoma of the thymus, a rare subtype of thymic carcinoma. A man in his 20s was referred after an abnormal hilar shadow was detected during a school health examination. Computed tomography（CT）of the chest revealed an anterior mediastinal mass, relatively homogeneous and slightly lobulated, measuring 5cm in diameter. A CT-guided biopsy established the diagnosis of lymphoepithelial carcinoma of the thymus. The patient subsequently underwent resection of the anterior mediastinal tumor.
