両側卵巣線維腫に両側卵巣線維腫症が合併した1例

A case of bilateral ovarian fibroma with bilateral ovarian fibromatosis

骨盤部腫瘤の画像診断では，両側の正常卵巣が同定されれば卵巣腫瘍は鑑別から外されるのが一般的である。しかし，卵巣線維腫においては同側の正常卵巣を認める場合がまれではないという報告がある^1）。今回我々は両側卵巣線維腫に両側卵巣線維腫症を合併したまれな1例を経験したので，文献的考察を加え報告する。

We report a case of bilateral ovarian fibroma with bilateral ovarian fibromatosis. MR imaging showed T2-hypointense bands around both ovaries that suggests the ovarian fibromatosis. One fibroma was adjacent to the left ovary and the other was connected to the right ovary by a pedicle-like structure. The ovarian fibromas might be included to one of the differential diagnosis when bilateral tumor are connected to bilateral ovarian fibromatosis.
