ゴーリン症候群を背景とした両側卵巣線維腫の1例

A case of bilateral ovarian fibromas associated with Gorlin’s syndrome

ゴーリン症候群は母斑基底細胞癌症候群とも呼ばれ，非常にまれな疾患である。様々な身体奇形や腫瘍形成の合併を特徴とし，その中で卵巣線維腫の合併も報告されている。今回我々は，ゴーリン症候群の若年女児に発生した両側卵巣線維腫の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察をふまえ，報告する。

Gorlin’s syndrome is a very rare disorder. It is characterized by a variety of physical deformities and tumor formations, among which ovarian fibromas have been reported. We experienced a case of bilateral ovarian fibromas in a young girl with Gorlin’s syndrome. As a radiologist, if you read a pelvic MRI and suspect an ovarian fibroma with bilateral calcifications in a young woman, you should also consider Gorlin’s syndrome.
