胃癌を契機に発見された副腎血管腫の1例

A case of adrenal hemangioma discovered with stomach cancer

副腎血管腫は副腎間質を発生母地とし，内分泌的に非活性な良性腫瘍である。そのため症状に乏しく，画像検査で偶然発見されることのあるまれな腫瘍である。今回我々は，胃癌の精査中にCT検査で指摘された副腎血管腫を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

Adrenal hemangioma is non-functioning benign tumor derived from stromal tissue of adrenal gland. We report the adrenal hemangioma case discovered with stomach cancer. A man in 60s had lightheadedness and bloody stool. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy demonstrated gastric cancer. And furthermore, CT of the abdomen and pelvis revealed right adrenal gland mass. The patient undergo gastric tumor and adrenal gland mass excision, the pathological diagnosis was adrenal hemangioma.
