MR画像誘導放射線治療の初期報告

Initial experience of MR guided adaptive radiation therapy

2017年，当院に我が国で初めてのMR画像誘導放射線治療が導入された。この装置の特徴は治療中にリアルタイムでターゲットや正常組織を観察できること，照射ごとにMR撮影を行い，位置照合が行えること，ターゲットや正常組織の線量を把握しながら，必要に応じて治療計画の再作成（on line adaptive radiation therapy）ができることが挙げられる。本稿では，初期経験についてまとめ，その有用性について検討した結果を報告する。

MR guided adaptive radiation therapy was firstly in Japan installed in our department. This radiotherapy equipment has several advantages on conventionally used Linac. Real time Cine MRI can make it possible to observe the movement of not only the tumor but also normal tissues. It enables us to adjust location precisely by MRI and to examine the dose to tumor and normal tissues. If the dose is not appropriate, re-plan can be done on every treatment sessions. We report the first clinical experiences of MR guided adaptive radiation therapy.
