は じ め に
骨・軟部腫瘍の広範切除術の際に，切除マージンを獲得するために周囲の軟部組織を腫瘍と一塊にして切除を行う必要がある．切除によって機能欠損や皮膚欠損が発生する際は，必要に応じて再建を必要とする．再建を考慮する必要がある組織として，① 筋・腱組織，② 血管組織，③ 神経，④ 皮膚があげられる．本稿では整形外科医が骨・軟部腫瘍切除後に必要とする組織再建術の現況を述べる．
