災害復旧活動におけるボランティアコーディネーターの心身の経過別変化と対処方法

A study of the process of the change on psychosomatic and measure method of the volunteer coordinator who participated in restoration activity

要旨

　本研究の目的は「福井豪雨」で復旧活動に尽力したボランティアコーディネーター（以下、コーディネーターとする）の活動中に生じる①個人が心身の許容量を越えたと感じた時期（以下、ピーク期とする）②経過別の心身の変化、変化を及ぼした要因③心身の変化への対処方法・社会的支援について記述し、効果的な介入時期と経過別に沿った看護支援のあり方を検討することである。コーディネーター4名を対象に半構成的面接を実施した結果、活動中、心身のピーク期を感じた時期は全員がボランティアセンター（以下、VCとする）開設から1週目、2週目のいずれかであった。身体面への変化は全身的身体違和感が最も多く、局所的には耳鼻咽頭科系、脳神経系の訴えや睡眠に関する訴えが多く認められた。睡眠の問題に関してはボランティアセンター活動中だけでなく、ボランティアセンター閉鎖後も症状が出現していた。精神面への変化とその要因では、活動中に生じる精神的負担感が睡眠に影響するなど身体と精神の問題が関連していた。対処方法、社会的支援では仲間に対して「相談、打ち明け」をすることで精神的負担感が減少するなど、「トーキングスルー」の有効性が認められた。帰宅後には「清潔行動」や「個人的生活習慣行動」をとることで非日常的環境から日常的環境へ気持ちの切り替えにつながっていた。

Abstract

　The purpose of this study was to describe that the change the volunteer coordinator which participated in restoration activity in a heavy rain of FUKUI.①when they feel the peak of psychosomatic②change and the factor on psychosomatic according to process ③measure method and social support to change in psychosomatic and was examined the method of the nursing support according to process and effective intervention period. Four volunteer coordinator were interviewed after the restoration activity ends. The results are as follows; It is from volunteer center establishment to the 1st week and 2nd week to feel them the peak of psychosomatic. They felt most systemic physical sense of incongruity about the body, there were the problem about nose and ears pharynx department and a cerebral nerve occurred in locally. They were worried about sleep, not only be establishing the volunteer center but also after it closes. The mental burden a change to mind side and a factor as for the change and factor on the mental side, the mental load felt while acting influenced sleep harmfully to sleep. The relation was admitted in the problem of the body and the problem of the mental. In the measures method and the social support, The mental load was admitted to decrease by consulting and telling it for the comrade, and "talking through" was effective. A clean action and a individual lifestyle action were admitted to lead to the recreation after it had come home.
