腹腔鏡下大腸切除術におけるトレーニング方法—軌道にのせるまでの留意点

Training System for Laparoscopic Colectomy

　腹腔鏡下大腸切除術を行うにあたり，ガイドラインに沿ったトレーニングの基本と実際の臨床上の進め方について述べる．腹腔鏡下大腸切除術は一般外科手術の基本のうえに成り立ち，まず，外科手術の修練が必要である．そののちに講習会の参加やシミュレーションボックスでのトレーニング，動物実験などにより内視鏡下手術のトレーニングを行う必要がある．さらに臨床は，指導医の下でstep by stepで行っていくことが安全・確実である．

Laparoscopic colectomy has become a standard operation for early colon cancer. We report, here, the basic training guide line and its application in the clinical field. In order to perform laparoscopic colectomy, we must first learn various techniques for general surgery and the basic laparoscopic procedures. Attending lectures and performing animal experiments may also be necessary. Furthermore, it is more safe and accurate to work step by step under the guidance of the supervisor.
