Perioperative critical incidents and the Japanese Society of Anesthesiologists' survey

日本麻酔科学会では，1992年の予備調査にはじまり，約30年にわたる麻酔関連偶発症例調査を実施している。ここでは，術中の危機的偶発症，特に心停止，高度低血圧，高度低酸素血症，高度不整脈について麻酔関連偶発症例調査から得られた知見を紹介しながら，30年にわたる変遷や国際的な位置づけについて解説する。

The Japanese Society of Anesthesiologists has conducted surveys regarding perioperative critical incidents and related outcomes for over 30 years. In this article, the findings of the surveys, especially as related to perioperative cardiac arrests, severe hypotension, severe hypoxia and severe arrhythmias are introduced and explained. The trend over 30 years and comparisons with data from other countries are evaluated.
