医療・ヘルスケアで用いられるデジタルソリューションは，デジタルヘルス，デジタルメディスン，デジタルセラピューティクス（DTx）の3つに大別される。近年では，プログラム医療機器（SaMD）の登場により，臨床現場においてもデジタルメディスン・DTxが導入される事例も増えている。本論ではデジタルメディスンの定義を整理するとともに，導入における課題や今後の展望について整理する。

Abstract

Digital solutions used in medicine and healthcare can be broadly classified into three categories: digital health, digital medicine, and digital therapeutics (DTx). Recently, with the advent of programmed medical devices (SaMD), digital medicine and DTx have been increasingly introduced in clinical settings. In this article, I define digital medicine as well as the challenges in its implementation and future prospects.
