はじめに
脊髄損傷では他の疾患に比較して褥瘡が高頻度に発生する．そして一度褥創が発生すると再発と治癒を繰り返し，しいては皮膚癌の発生する可能性もあると言われている．今回われわれは難治性の褥瘡より発生した扁平上皮癌3例を経験したので若干の考察を加えて報告する．
