はじめに
重症心身障害児とその介護者にとって，自家用車は大切な移動手段の一つである．当科では，作業療法士が主体となって多様な個別的ニーズに応じた障害者用カーシートの作製に尽力している．今回，重症心身障害児に対し，自家用車のシートに直接取り付けが可能な障害児用カーシートを作製し，その有効性を検討したので報告する．
