上顎骨粘液腫の1症例

A Case of Myxoma in the Maxilla

I．緒言

　鼻副鼻腔に発生する粘液腫は稀であり，本邦における本症例の報告は少なくいまだ10例に満たない（表1）。われわれは最近26歳の女性に発生した上顎洞粘液腫の1例を経験したので，若干の考察を加え報告する。

　Myxoma in the maxilla of a 26-year-old woman is presented. Owing to the rare occurrence of this tumor in the head and neck region, the clinical diagnosis is difficult. CT was the most useful study and showed honeycomb-like appearance. The tumor was on the floor of the maxillary sinus, and partial maxillectomy was performed.
