上顎に原発した所謂粘液肉腫の2症例

TWO CASES OF MYXOFIBROSARCOMA ORIGINATING FROM THE MAXILLARY SINUS

　Ⅰ．緒言

　上顎の悪性腫瘍は癌が大多数を占めこれに次いで肉腫もしばしば遭遇するものであるが，組織学的には円形細胞肉腫，紡錘細胞肉腫，線維肉腫，細網肉腫などが多く報告されている。我々は最近上顎より発生した文献上稀な所謂粘液肉腫の2症例を経験したのでここに簡単に報告したい。

Two cases of myxofibrosarcoma involving the maxillary bone are reported; one in a male child, aged 5 years and 5 months, and the other in a man, aged 61. Both case were operated upon and given either x-ray or Co⁶⁰ irradiations as postoperative treatments. Both cases died.
