緒言
上顎骨骨線維腫或は上顎洞骨線維腫とよばれる疾患は文献上比較的まれなものとして報告されているが，我々も最近本疾患の四症例を経験し手術後の経過を観祭したので追加報告する。
Four cases of osteofibroma of the maxilla which occurred in two women aged 19 and in two men aged 19 and 16 are reported. The removal of the growth in each case was effected in steps by piece-meal exterpation. No recur-rence is seen in any case after 3 years and 3 months to 5 years observations. The authors emphasize that, particularly in this operation that later cosmetic effect should behighly considered in the process of trea-tment.
