硬口蓋腺癌症例

AN ADENOCARCINOMA OF THE HARD PALATE

　Ⅰ．緒言

　硬口蓋に認められる癌腫はきわめて稀であり，なかでも腺癌の症例は文献上でも5例を数えるにすぎない。われわれは最近硬口蓋に発生した腺癌の1例を経験したので，ここにその大要を報告する。

　Adenocarcinorna of the hard palate is indeed a rare disease. There are only 5 cases of this nature reported in the literature of this country.

　The authors report a case of adenocarcinoma of the hard palate in a man, aged 41, with note on the treatment and recovery.

　The course of the disease was exceedingly fast in progress; 3 months after the appearance of the first symptom on the hard palate the growth had created a fistulous opening into the nasal cavity.

　The treatment consisted of administration of 8,000R combined with intra-arterial injection of 5 Fu simultaneously. This was followed by surgical removal of the palate bone along with the site of the growth.

　After the surgery the patient was further treated with administration of 3,000R along with per oral dosage of anti-cancer drugs.

　The dehiscence of the nasal floor was corrected by prosthetic surgery. No recurrence is noted in the patient 2 years after these treatments.
