巨大な硬口蓋多形腺腫の1例

A Large Pleomorphic Adenoma in the Hard Palate:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　小唾液腺由来の良性腫瘍では多形腺腫が最も多く，90％を占めている^1）。自覚症状はあるものの，痛みがなく，発育が遅いため専門医までの受診が遅れることもしばしばである^2,3））。今回われわれは，受診が遅れたために口腔内，および上顎洞内まで進展し，構音障害まで及んだ，硬口蓋から発生したと考えられる巨大な多形腺腫の症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。

A 60-year-old female presented with a mass inthe oral cavity and dyshonia. The tumor was 7×7×5cm in size, and pathological diagnosis was pleomorphic adenoma.

Removal of the tumor and reconstruction of the defect using a rectus abdominis musculocutaneous flap was performed.
