両側顎下腺に生じたKüttner氏病の1例

A Case of Bilateral Küttner's Disease

I．緒言

　Küttner氏病は唾液腺に生じた慢性硬化性の炎症の別名であるが，唾液腺が腫瘍状に腫大するためKuttner腫瘍と呼ばれることもある。そのため臨床的に腫瘍と診断され治療を受けていることもあるが，その本態は炎症牲の病変で，偽腫瘍であり，真の腫瘍との鑑別が必要となる。

　Küttner氏病はまれな疾患であり，主に一側の唾液腺に生じ，両側の唾液腺に生じることはきわめてまれとされている。

　A case of bilateral Küttner's disease was reported with a review of the literature.

　A 76-year-old man had a growing mass of 4×6cm of about 6 months' duration in each submandibular gland. The ovoid, hard tumors were removed, and the patients prognosis was very good. The histological examination revealed chronic sclerosing sialadenitis. These tumors must be differentiated from submandibular tumors or malignant lymphomas.
