両側上顎癌症例

A BILATERAL MAXILLARY CANCER

　Ⅰ．まえがき

　上顎癌は，我々が日常よく遭遇する疾患であるが，ほとんど総てが片側性であり，両側の上顎洞に発生した重複癌の症例は，非常に少ない。我が国では現在迄に田村，勝田，大川内，山口，河村，三宅の六氏により，6例の報告があるに過ぎないが，我々も，此の両側に発生した上顎癌を経験したので報告する。

A man aged 45 was operated on the left maxillary bone for maxillary sinus cancer: five months later the involvement of the right maxillary sinus with similar cancer was confirmed. Seven months following the latter diagnosis the right maxillary bone was ope-rated upon. Five years after the last opera-tion, at present, the patient is alive and well.
