はじめに
血管腫は頭頸部領域ではまれではなく，鼻腔においては良性腫瘍の約半数を占めるといわれている。しかし唾液腺に発生する血管腫は少なく，そのうち大部分は耳下腺に発生し，顎下腺には極めてまれである。今回われわれは顎下腺に発生した血管腫を経験したので報告する。
We report a rare case of hemangioma in the submandibular gland. CT, MRI and dynamic MRI were useful for diagnosis. Histopathological exami-nation revealed sponge-like tissue compatible with cavernous hemangioma. Immunofluorescent stain showed factor 8 and CD34 in vasoendothelial cells.
