　両側上眼瞼腫脹で発症した46歳女性のKüttner腫瘍の1例を経験した。患者は，4年前から上眼瞼腫脹を自覚し，その翌年右顎下腺腫瘍を指摘され，摘出時の病理標本からKüttner腫瘍と診断された。2年前に左顎下腺腫脹が起こり，上眼瞼腫脹も増悪したため，左上眼瞼腫瘍を切除した。切除組織にはリンパ濾胞の形成と，間質へのリンパ球浸潤がみられ，顎下腺腫瘍と同じ組織像であった。本例のように，涙腺炎を合併したKüttner腫瘍はまれであり，本症の病因に関して重要な症例であると思われた。

A 46-year-old woman presented with swelling of upper lids in both eyes of 4 years' duration. Swell-ing of right submandibular glands developed one year later. Surgical extirpation led to the diagnosis of Küttner tumor. Another year later, her left sub-mandibular glands started to swell associated with exacerbation of upper lid swelling. Histopath-ological features of tissue from her led upper lid showed infiltration of lymphocytes and formation of lymph follicles and were identical to those seen earlier in the submandibular glands. Association of dacryoadenitis in Ktittner tumor appeared to be an unusual event.
