補体系に異常を認めたKüttner腫瘍の1症例

Chronic Sialoadenitis of the Submandibular Gland (so-called Küttner tumor) with Abnormality of Compliment:Report of a Case

　はじめに

　Küttner腫瘍は1896年にH．Küttnerがはじめて報告した悪性腫瘍に似た硬化性の顎下腺炎である^1,2）。Küttner腫瘍の成因には種々の説が述べられているが未だに定説がない。今回，補体系に異常を認めたKüttner腫瘍を経験したので報告する。

A so-called Küttner tumor located at the bilateral submandibular gland was reported. Immunological abnormality of reduction of compliment was ob-served before operation and the value of compliment had no change several months after operation. It was presumed that Küttner tumor was a part of the systemic immunological disorders.
