I.はじめに
著者らの教室は従来より,99mTcを用いてベル麻痺患者の顎下腺機能を測定し,その予後診断に役前てている。その際,同時に耳下腺部を含めての顔面シンチを行っているが,元来顔面神経支配でないとされる耳下腺の集積が明らかに低下している症例にしばしば遭遇する。そこで顔面神経麻痺症例における耳下腺機能を測定し,その結果から,耳下腺の神経支配について,文献的な考察を加えて報告する。
In patients with unilateral facial nerve paresis submaxillary gland function by time activity curve using 99mTC was examined in past four years.
As the result it was formed to be able to estimate the prognosis of these patients.
By taking a scinti-photo of the face, there were often some cases with disturbance of accumwlation of radioisotope in the parotid gland of affected side, which have been thought not controlled by the facial nerve.
The function of the parotid gland with Bell's palsy was evaluated by two methods ; with polyethylene tube and with time activity curve of 99mTC.
As these results it was assume that the parotid gland is controlled not only by the glossopharyngeal nerve but also partially by the facial nerve.
