上顎洞結石症の1例

Antrolithiasis: Report of A Case

　I．緒言

　鼻腔内結石は唾石その他の生体内結石に比較すると少ないが，文献的には数多く報告されている。しかし，副鼻腔結石の報告はあまりみられない。今回われわれは上顎洞根治術後の患者で左上顎洞および鼻腔内に結石を認めた症例を経験したので稀なものと考え報告する。

　A woman, aged 38, complained of bleeding from and obstruction of the left nose. Anterior rhinoscopy revealed a blackish-brown mass in the left inferior meatus. This mass was not only present in the left inferior meatus but also in the maxillary sinus. This mass was removed through the left nasal cavity. It consisted of six large stones (1.0×0.5cm) and many small ones.
