15年後に癌化したと思われる頸部食道腫瘍の1症例

Esophageal Cancer at the Site of Inflammatory Stenosis Existed for 15 Years

　I．緒言

　頸部食道癌は比較的まれな疾患で，一般に発見が遅れ，大部分は進行癌で治癒率はいまだ低率である。筆者らは15年という長期間，慢性炎症による嚥下困難の緩解，増悪をくり返した後，癌化したと考えられる症例を経験したので，その経過を報告し，若干の文献的考察を加え報告する。

　A 57-year-old woman patient, who had recurrentdysphagia for 15 years and finally developed esophageal cancer. There was no history of corrosive esophagitis, but she had stricture with chronicinflammatory granulation in the esophagus. It was suspected that esophageal cancer was developed due to physical irritation.
