気管内平滑筋腫の1症例

A Case of Intratracheal Leiomyoma

　I．緒言

　頭頸部領域における良性腫瘍の頻度は少なく，中でも平滑筋腫は非常にまれである。とくに気管に発生した平滑筋腫は，本邦の文献を渉猟する限りでは3例の報告を認めるに過ぎない。最近，筆者らはその1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えてここに報告する。

　A rare case of intratracheal tumor is reported in a woman, aged 40, complained of dyspnea and stridor which were similar to those of bronchial asthma.

　The clinical diagnosis of intratracheal tumor was made by tomographic examinations of the trachea, and the tumor was removed bronchoscopically from the left anterior wall of trachea. The pathological diagnosis was leiomyoma.

　No recurence of the tumor at the same region was found in the next eight months.
