舌癌を伴ったPlummer-Vinson症候群の1症例

Plummer-Vinson Syndrome with Lingual Cancer

I．はじめに

　鉄欠乏性貧血，舌炎，嚥下障害，食道webなどを主症状とするPlummer-Vinson症候群（以下P-V症候群と略す）は，比較的稀な疾患ではあるが，消化管の癌との関連性が現在注目されている。今回私達は舌癌を伴った，P-V症候群を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A case of Plummer-Vinson syndorome with a lingual cancer was reported. A 67-year-old female complained of a tumor of the left margin of thetongue, and dysphagia. CBC showed iron deficiency anemia, and esophagial web was recognized on esophagogram. Histopathological diagnosis of the lingual tumor was squamous cell carcinoma. hsoi Though the patient was treated by chemo-surgicaltherapy and chalybeate administration, she died of cancer.

　The relationship between Plummer-Vinson syndrome and its carcinogenesis was discussed.
