舌結核の1症例

A CASE OF TUBERCULOSIS OF THE TONGUE

　I．はじめに

　昭和52年の結核死亡は死因順位第11位で，はじめて10位以内から姿を消したが，これはSM，INH,RFPなどの抗結核剤の開発，結核対策の推進，ならびに国民の生活水準の向上などによるものと考えられる^1）。このような時代に舌組織検査にてはじめて結核と診断され，それにより肺結核罹患を確認された症例を経験したので，若干の免疫学的検索および文献的考按を加えて報告する。

　A case of tuberculosis of the tongue with ulcerations throughout the surface was reported. Similar six cases were found in the Japanese literature in the last ten years, and the immunological aspects of these seven cases including ours were discussed.
