pure sensory strokeと共存した中枢性嚥下障害の1症例

PURE SENSORY STROKE WITH DYSPHAGIA: A CASE REPORT

　I．はじめに

　神経疾患は症状から障害部位が推定できるほど系統的なものであるが，概してわれわれは苦手意識を持ち過ぎるためか，病態の把握が下手である。筆者らも，Fischerの提唱したlacunar strokeの1型であるpure sensory strokeが共存したため，病態把握に手間取った中枢性嚥下障害の1症例を経験したので報告する。

　A case of pure sensory stroke with dysphagia in a 68-year-old male with hypertension was reported. The patient suddenly developed difficulty swallowing 6 weeks ago, and 3 weeks ago noticed sensory disturbance involving the left side of face, the left arm and leg, without motor palsy.

　These symptoms were thought to be caused by cerebrovascular disorders or multiple infarcts in the spinal bulb and the right thalamus.
