頭頸部癌局所動注時の制癌剤組織内濃度分布

REGIONAL ARTERIAL INFUSION THERAPY AND ANTICANCER DRUG CONCENTRATION IN TUMOR TISSUE AND SERUM

　I．はじめに

　頭頸部癌化学療法として選択的局所動注療法が有効であることは広く認められている。選択的局所動注療法を適正に行なうためには，腫瘍の部位による組織内薬剤分布に差がないか，また，動注投与薬剤量をいずれの腫瘍に対しても同様に行なつてもよいものであるか，などの検討が必要である。

　著者は選択的局所動注療法を行なつた患者について，その腫瘍組織と末梢血内の制癌剤濃度を測定してこの問題に若干の考按を加えたので報告する。

　Anti-cancer drug concentraion in the tumor tissue and serum of 29 cases of head and neck tumor treated by regional arterial infusion chemotherapy was measured by bioassay and chemical assay (high performance liquid chromatography).

　Higher concentration of 5Fu was found in the tumor tissue than in serum.

　There was a high deviation of the concentration of 5Fu in the tissue depending on location of the tumor, i.e. the extremly high concentration in lingual cancer and relatively high concentration in the lip, cheek and nasal side of the maxilla, and the low concentration in the floor of the mouth, the soft palate and the anterior part of the hard palate and the maxilla.

　The author claimed that adequate dose of anti-cancer drugs was necessary to infuse into each artery for the safe and valuable therapy, considering from the results of this study.
