Observations are made on 2 rare cases of multiple carcinoma involving the cheek-larynx and tongue-hypopharynx along with 23 other similar cases acquired at the ENT Department of the Keio University Medical School during the period of 18 years. To this list were added 222 cases of similar nature reported in the literature of this country.

Case 1. The patient, at the age 71, developed a laryngeal cancer for which total laryngectomy was performed. He remained well until the age 77 when he developed a malar cancer. The patient was treated by intravenous administration of BLM and Linac irradiation which macroscopically eliminated the lesion. He is presently under observation with the administration of OK-432.

Case 2. The patient, at the age 62, was treated for lingual cancer, but, the following year she developed pharyngeal cancer. The patient is now afiring well following surgical intervention and administration of intravenous BLM and Linac irradiation.
