上顎正中部嚢腫

MEDIAN MAXILLARY CYSTS

　I．はじめに

　上顎のほぼ正中部に発生し，顔面あるいは口蓋の腫脹として認められる嚢腫は少なくなく，歯系嚢腫と非歯系嚢腫に大別されている。多くの場合はその臨床的診断は比較的容易であるが，なかにはこれまでの分類通りにはつきりと区別できない症例も存在する。最近，われわれはこのような症例に遭遇したので，ここに報告し，先達諸賢のご教示を得たいと考える。

Two cases of median maxillary cysts are reported.

The first case: A woman, age 58, presented a nasopalatine cyst which could not be determined as a median palatal cyst. Microscopic examination of the removed specimen revealed the growth lined by stratified squamous epithelium containing mucous glands in the cyst wall.

The second case: A woman, aged 30, was found affected with odontogenic inflammatory cyst. Microscopic examination showed the cyst enfolded by stratified squamous epithelium containing granulomatous tissues within.
